The bed was very comfortable, so comfortable I slept through an event, fortunately one I had been ambivalent about attending. Noise levels are low, rooms very quiet. Staff were very pleasant. Foyer, bar/restaurant areas good for meeting clients etc Design is good, lots of timber and excellent art work. Lifts are fast and efficient. It's an easy hotel for the slightly disabled to negotiate. The taxi rank outside is a plus as it made airport transfers easy.
I loved the dessert, Rhubarb crumble, but the House burger was a little dry, the meat serving is huge and without sauce it lacks "mouth feel", if that is the correct term, but room service was efficient and cheerful.

This hotel is absolutely charming, has impeccable employees with the manager about this. The venue was in a very central location next to a jewel in the CBD, and Close to the shops. Had nice dainties at Atomic Coffee, located a short way from the venue. Delicious and astonishing full cooked breakfast with knowledgeable chef for food allergies, thoroughly enjoyed the food choices.

We found the hotel to be central, clean, and staff pleasant and helpful, enjoyed our time in the spa.
We did not use the restaurant as we found the advertisements confusing we thought it was a set menu only on Sat and Sun evening which was a shame it did not have a la carte.

Early check-in and 11.00am check out
Every pillow was the same size (enormous). Had to sleep on one corner of a pillow and had trouble getting to sleep and a stiff neck inthe morning. Terrible! Bring your own pillow!

The location near the Botanical Gardens is fantastic. It makes for a lovely walk just outside my room. The room itself is quite nice, comfortable bed, and a great view. I appreciated the complimentary drink tokens. The bar has a cute atmosphere, and the snacks were tasty, sometimes eliminating the need to go out for dinner. Unfortunately, the internet connection was frustrating. I had to step into the hallway for a signal, and even then, it kept dropping. Despite informing the front desk, the issue persisted throughout my stay. Bathrooms could use a refresh. They felt a bit outdated. The staff, though, were friendly and accommodating.

The comfortable king beds were perfect. The multifunction toilet and walk-in shower in my Premium King room added a touch of luxury. The dining experience was consistently excellent. I found myself ordering the wagyu burger multiple times! The team was good and polite significantly enhanced my stay, providing efficient service throughout.

I enjoyed its obliging employees.
The hotel was delightful, location was awesome close to terrific restaurants, wonderful breakfast. Location: the property was very close to shops in the city as well as the theme parks. There was cafe Atomic Coffee, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.
